Osteria La Briga

Set among green meadows and hiking trails, Osteria La Briga, run by the Lovisolo family since 2016 and now in its fourth generation of restaurateurs, is a perfect stop for nature lovers and food enthusiasts. Chef Jacopo Lovisolo creates seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine using ingredients sourced directly from local producers. The menu combines signature dishes such as the mixed starter, Vitello Tonnato, Ravioli al Tocco della Briga and grilled meats with creative seasonal recipes, including vegetarian options. Mushrooms and truffles feature in autumn. The four-course tasting menu (including water and coffee) costs €45. À la carte: starters €13-16, first courses €13-17, main courses €10-25, desserts €7-8.
