Le Vitel Etonne'
Le Vitel Etonné, in the heart of Turin’s historic centre, has been a landmark for authentic Piedmontese cuisine since 2001. Founded by Luisa Pandolfi, the restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of regional traditions under the guidance of chef Massimiliano Brunetto, who showcases seasonal ingredients sourced from carefully selected local producers. Signature dishes include the renowned Vitello Tonnato, alongside glazed sweetbreads, Agnolotti del Plin, Val Varaita ravioles, 36-yolk tagliolini, the traditional Finanziera, the creative Piedmont-style boiled meat ramen, and desserts inspired by the region’s culinary heritage. The elegant dining rooms include a charming cellar featuring more than 300 Italian wines, with a strong focus on Piedmont labels. Starters and pasta dishes range from €13 to €18, while a full meal costs approximately €45–55 per person, excluding drinks.
