The spacious, bright dining room offers enchanting views in every season. Exposed wood and stone evoke the typical mountain atmosphere, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The à la carte menu offers both traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley and more innovative creations. Among the starters, the platter of Aosta Valley cold cuts with Toma di Gressoney cheese, Fontina cheese, honey and chestnuts (€20), the potato flan with herb-flavoured tofu and anchovy sauce (€14) and the Piedmontese beef tartare with Bleu d’Aoste cream, brioche bread and marinated egg yolk (€17) stand out. First courses include Aosta Valley fondue with Cogne black bread croutons (€16) and tagliolini with truffles, Taleggio cheese sauce and hazelnuts (€17). Main courses include BBQ pork ribs with cabbage salad, cumin, bacon and French fries (€21), Torrette-braised beef cheek (€22) and fish dishes, from oven-baked sea bass with aromatic bread, pine nuts and fennel (€22) to local trout. Also interesting is the 5 Cheeses of the Aosta Valley with jams, honey and walnuts (€17). Desserts include house specialities (€8-9.50): from Cogne cream with strudel tiles to brownies with vanilla cream and salted caramel. Children’s menu available.
