Situated in a prime location, just a few steps from the arrival of the Pila gondola, it has established itself in recent years as a reference point for lovers of good food. Katia, together with her other partners Maurizio and Corrado, passionately continues the family tradition begun in 1990. In the center of the room a majestic stove, creates a charming atmosphere perfect for lunch or dinner with friends or a romantic evening. The cuisine is a hymn to the Aosta Valley, with typical products and recipes that start from the delicious Fontina in tempura, to the chestnut mousse accompanied by Arnad lard, to the seupa alla valpellinentze and the escalope alla valdostana. Finish on a sweet note with homemade cream, traditional tiles and chestnuts, all paired with a selection of great local wines. The menu changes every 10 days while always keeping Yeti’s iconic dishes on the menu, such as crespelle alla valdostana, polenta concia, venison tagliata and escalope alla valdostana. The price of the tasting menu is 45 euros, with wine pairing 65 euros. A la carte a meal ranges from 40 to 60 euros.
